Sale Items, Coupons, and Gift Cards
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns on sale items, coupons, or gift cards.
Physical items include (but are not limited to):
- Print books
- Merch and housewares
Our refund and returns policy lasts seven (7) days upon delivery of your order. If seven days have passed since the delivery of your order, we can’t offer you a full refund.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order and contact us if it is incorrect, defective, or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds are not given for lost packages.
Shipping (physical items)
Order processing typically takes up to 1-3 days. A tracking number will be sent to you once processing is completed. Once your order is shipped, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery. Shipping times may take longer for orders outside the US. Exodus Studios LLC/Chikara Press is not responsible for lost packages.
Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email of whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that some credit card companies may take additional days to process and post the refund.
European Union 14-day cooling off period (physical items)
For physical items being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. You will need the original receipt with the order number and/or proof of purchase. The items must be in the same condition that it was received—unworn, unused, with the original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Once we have received your returned item(s), it will be processed and we will issue a refund.
